Welcome to the first blog post for the rest of my life. Yawn.

The intent for this blog is to allow the world (hi mom) to see my witty recolections of all things poker, cooking and Formula 1 racing (No NASCRAP here!). I figured pokercheff1 sounded even worse than just pokerchef, so my true love(F1) will just have to be left out.

I believe I said something about being witty...maybe next time.
